Downtown Hershey Revitalization | Concept Site Plan This conceptual site design was developed as part of a revitalization initiative for Downtown Hershey, Pennsylvania. Tasked by the Township to integrate expanded retail and parking infrastructure, the proposal prioritizes the public realm through the introduction of a central green space. The design is anchored by a tribute fountain dedicated to Milton Hershey, creating a commemorative community landmark within the urban fabric. All conceptual site work was executed using AutoCAD.
Derry Township School | Adaptive Reuse & Documentation Focused on the historical preservation of the 1910 Elementary Wing, this project involved the comprehensive documentation of a decommissioned school campus. I performed extensive field measurements of the entire structure, including all interior spaces, to generate precise existing-conditions plans. These AutoCAD-based drawings provided the essential technical foundation for the building’s retrofitting and conversion into a commercial facility.
This project involved the expansion of a special-events venue with additions of a banquet hall and deck with focus on integrating comprehensive ADA accessibility. Utilizing AutoCAD, I developed a 3D conceptual model that synthesized existing site contours with the proposed additions to provide the client with clear, impactful visualizations of the spatial transformation.
