An addition of a new Elementary School Building connected to an existing MiddleArchitectural design of a new Elementary School addition connected to an existing Middle School, creating a cohesive and unified educational campus while expanding program capacity.
Project Overview: This project focused on the strategic expansion of an active academic campus, requiring the seamless integration of a new school facility with an existing structure. The primary design challenge involved navigating a significantly sloped site, which necessitated a surgical approach to the building’s footprint and its relationship to the topography. Key logistical hurdles included reconciling stair tower landings with fluctuating site grades and optimizing kitchen delivery access within a highly constrained existing layout.

Key Contributions & Technical Scope: Working within a dedicated studio team, my role centered on the technical development and refinement of the building's morphology and site response.
• Building Sections & Drainage: Developed complex building sections and engineered roof pitches, which included performing critical drainage requirement calculations to ensure long-term site resilience.

• Vertical Circulation: Designed high-precision stair and ramp details specifically tailored to navigate the site’s challenging grade transitions while maintaining accessibility.
• Interior Detailing: Contributed to the interior architectural experience through the meticulous detailing of corridor display cases.
Project Execution & Delivery: The project was developed through rigorous BIM coordination using Revit 2024. My involvement spanned the design and technical documentation phases as the project progressed toward its January 2026 bid milestone.
