Professional Experience & Technical Contributions
Collaborating as a key member of the design team, I was responsible for the development of comprehensive construction documentation and technical detailing. My primary contributions included:
• Vertical Circulation & Accessibility: Orchestrated the precise detailing of stairs and ramps to ensure seamless egress and accessibility compliance.
• Building Enclosure & Documentation: Developed detailed building sections and elevations, including rigorous dimensioning and wall-tagging protocols essential for construction accuracy.
• Execution & Visualization: Utilized AutoCAD for the precise design and engineering coordination of architectural components.
Sustainable Design Features
The attainment of the LEED Platinum award was driven by a holistic integration of high-performance systems and site-specific strategies, including:
• Regenerative Infrastructure: A high-performance vegetative roof system and a specialized zero-waste kitchen facility.
• Environmental Quality: Optimization of daylighting and views to enhance the occupant experience, supported by an automated light-dimming system for energy efficiency.
• Site Connectivity: Strategic placement to leverage proximity to public transportation, reducing the project's carbon footprint.
